1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using SA Media Marketplace ("Platform", "we", "us"), operated under VB Dynamics Holding, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our POPIA Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform.

2. Marketplace Role & Independence

SA Media Marketplace operates as an introduction and quotation platform facilitating connections between prospective clients ("Customers") and independent media professionals ("Providers").

• Providers are independent contractors and not employees, agents, or partners of SA Media Marketplace.
• Contracts for services, deliverables, milestones, and final project outcomes are established directly between the Customer and the Provider.
• While we verify provider identities and enforce quality standards, users are encouraged to review portfolios and communicate project specifications clearly before commencing work.

3. Account Eligibility & Security

To register, you must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under South African law. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Provider Subscriptions & Lead Credits

Providers may purchase subscription tiers (Free, Pro, Business) and lead credit top-up packs via PayFast.

• All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise noted.
• Lead credits are deducted when submitting a competitive quotation on customer job briefs.
• Subscription fees and lead credit packs are non-refundable once unlocked or utilized, except where required by the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA).

5. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Post false, deceptive, defamatory, or unlawful job briefs or provider credentials.
• Circumvent or manipulate the quote submission process, ratings, or credit mechanisms.
• Engage in harassment, abusive communication, spamming, or scrape platform data.
• Infringe upon the intellectual property, copyright, or trademarks of any party.

6. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Johannesburg / Gauteng.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of updated terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
