How do I post a brief?
Posting a job is free for clients. Simply click "Post a Job", choose your category (Graphic Design, Web Development, Marketing, Photography, Video), add your budget and location, and publish. Verified providers in your area will review and quote.
How do quotes and lead credits work?
Providers use lead credits to submit proposals on client briefs. Every new provider receives 3 free credits upon signup. Additional credits can be purchased in packs or unlocked via monthly subscriptions (Pro & Business).
How are payments processed?
All platform subscriptions and credit purchases are processed securely through PayFast, South Africa's leading payment gateway, supporting Instant EFT, credit/debit cards, Masterpass, and Zapper.
How does ID verification work?
Providers submit their business registration or South African ID documentation to receive the "✓ ID Verified" trust badge. Verified profiles receive higher visibility in search and greater client trust.
How do clients and providers communicate?
Once a provider submits a quote or a client initiates contact, both parties can use the built-in real-time messaging system to discuss scope, exchange requirements, and share deliverables securely.
How is my data protected under POPIA?
We operate in full accordance with the South African Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Your contact numbers, emails, and brief files are protected and never shared or sold to third-party data brokers.
